Some of our services and parts of your estate plan may be completed virtually. However, this does not include your will. As a result, we provide in person execution or instructions if you want to complete your entire estate plan by yourself.

Yes, we review old wills for a fee. 

We work throughout the great state of Texas.

Ibekwe Law, PLLC is dedicated to equipping women with estate plans and other legal documents, which leads us to work with everyone connected to women. This includes spouses, children, parents and friends. As a result, we are an inclusive law firm.

We collect flat fees up front. You don’t have to worry about being nickel and dimed along the way. Whatever you are quoted for services is what you will pay. That’s it.

Our goal is to get your plan completed within 30 days. However, factors such as your responsiveness, scheduling, and you know, global pandemics may affect this timeframe.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm, except on weekends.
